Abstract
The project aims to investigate the effects and
impacts of land restitution in South Africa
generally and in the Nkomazi Municipality in
particular, for agricultural development. It
investigates the roles that the Department of
Agriculture and Land Affairs have to play in
these pieces of land. To research if land
administration system contributes to the
deterioration of the production rate of most farms
immediately after restitution.
