Abstract
Game-ready is an athlete warm up designed to improve performance and minimise injury risk. Game-ready targets 5 key movement preparation areas: 1. Core Strength (activation); 2. Balance (postural stability); 3. Reactiveness (proprioception); 4. Jump landing (2nd Jump); 5. Agility & change of direction (breaking).
