Abstract

This submission responds to two particular issues identified by the QLRC in its Consultation Paper: Questions # 11-12 (Conscientious Objection). The Author makes no submission on any other issues raised in the Consultation Paper, apart from a general claim that respect for civil liberties and human rights militates towards abortion being legal, available, and safe.
