Abstract
Asia Pacific is home to some of the world’s largest economies such as China, Japan, India, Southeast Asia and Australia in the next ten to twenty years. The impact of the winds of change, disruptions and the mega-ness of the region need to be reviewed and investigated. This chapter looks at the economic risks against this backdrop. It is hoped that readers will be more informed about the convergence of the megatrends, risk trends and geoeconomic drivers and will be helpful in the next section when describing the Risk Intelligence journey.
