Abstract

This special issue of Australian Art Education presents papers from the World Alliance for Arts in Education Global Summit held at Griffith University from 26 – 28 November, 2014. The World Alliance for Arts Education (WAAE) includes the International Society of Education through Art (InSEA), the International Drama/Theatre and Education Association (IDEA), the International Society for Music Education (ISME) and the World Dance Alliance (WDA) which have united to create a powerful voice for advocacy, networking and research in the arts.
