Abstract
[Abstract]: This paper outlines how the experience of graduate research students becoming sessional part-time e-tutors laid the foundation for the creation of a virtual community of practice as a staff development initiative. This creation demonstrates several of the strategies required to make a lifelong learning partnership effective and equitable.
