Abstract
[Abstract]: QUE Theatre Inc. is an emerging regional youth theatre company in Toowoomba, situated 120 km west of Brisbane, established in 2001. This paper is a personal reflection of the five years of QUE's existence, particularly addressing the generationalism towards youth theatre initiatives and how QUE has transcended its expectations as a theatre company to embrace a cultural pedagogic practice and purpose.
