Abstract

[Abstract]: When integrated data-gathering and closed-loop control pass a certain level, an industrial manufacturing process can be regarded as a mechatronic system. This paper takes the example of a bakery and from practical experience explores new objectives and outcomes which are made possible by an integrated approach.
