Abstract
[Abstract]: The Federal Government released a Green Paper in November 2008 concerning possible reforms of electoral finance law in Australia. This paer discusses the mooted reforms in light of the constitutional right in Australia to freedom of political speech, and compares the regulation of electoral financing in the United States and the United Kingdom.
