Abstract
In today’s increasingly competitive market place market research might just give you the necessary edge to outperform your competitors, and improve your bottom line. It doesn’t matter if you are a husband and wife team running a small business or a larger organisation the benefits of market research are similar and can include getting to know your existing customers, improving customer loyalty, identifying more business opportunities with existing customers or new markets. And market research need not cost you a fortune. It can be surprisingly affordable and can even be undertaken in house by existing staff. So what is market research and how can it help grow your business?
