Abstract

This paper presents a new technique for the design of photovoltaic power stations. It is based on the operation time of such a station. The operation time can be determined according to the required user energy loads at different seasons. A new design factor is proposed. The size of the station will be calculated on the basis of the suggested design factor. The presented technique is recommended to be applied in order to design such stations.
