Abstract

This chapter is designed to address the fears of speaking in public and to put public speaking and interviews into perspective. It also includes guidelines to help the speaker overcome the stress and anxiety associated with public speaking. Insight and self-awareness can help to identify problems linked to a lack of confidence or overconfidence, which can undermine a performance.
