This study empirically tests the relationship between the technological capability of a buyer firm and its inter-firm relationship performance within the supply chain. The study specifically emphasizes on manufacturing sector in Malaysia. The study’s quantitative approach is based on the responses of 126 Malaysian manufacturers responded to a postal questionnaire. Empirical results from partial least square (PLS) demonstrate a significant relationship between technological capability and inter-firm relationship performance.
