Abstract
The purpose of this book is to provide students with a context within which to learn about accounting and computerised accounting information systems. The case study developed throughout, provides students with the opportunity to consider and discuss the day-to-day transactions and events that occur in a small business. The case setting is one most people can 'visualise', thus provisding the opportunity to contemplate the methods, techniques and issues studied in an accounting course.
